No silly string, no inflatables, no bee bee guns, no knives no toy weapons or weapons of any kind may be sold. All exhibitors are prohibited from selling products which are not authorised by the Relevant Authorities.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1 - Location & Promotion
The Monivea Show will take place from 11am – 6pm Sunday 8th September 2024 in a large green field site near the Monivea school. (Details and maps will be available the week before the Show and will be signposted on the day). The Show will be advertised in the local media, on our Facebook & Instagram pages, our website, emailed to our contacts list, and via distribution of advertising leaflets & outdoor signage.

2 - Allocation of Stalls
All applicants MUST submit a copy of their Public Liability insurance with the booking form.
Traders without insurance will not be accepted or allowed to trade at Monivea show.
In order to provide an opportunity for variety at the Show, one space per stallholder will be allocated in the first instance. Subject to booking, larger spaces are available at a higher cost. Bookings will be taken in strict order of receipt. We aim to ensure as wide a variety of products are on sale as possible to our customers. The Office therefore reserves the right, should it be necessary, to decline an application. We reserve the right to refuse a booking. General location of show: H65X993
3 - Stallholder Obligations
All traders to be set up by the advertised start time. No tables chairs or electricity supplied. Stallholders to provide their own tables, outdoor cover & equipment. Access to the field can be gained from 8:30am. All spaces are marked and allocated the night before. The Show will be open to the public between 11:00am and 6.00pm. You are not to clear away until the advertised finishing time. All tables to be set up in an attractive manner and stallholders to supply a suitable table etc. to display items for sale. Please also bring bins for any rubbish that you and your customers may generate through-out the day.
4 – Advance payment. Once we have accepted your booking we will supply you with our bank details/payment method. All insurance documentation must be received in advance.

with reference name, date and amount transferred. A receipt will be given to you on Show Day.
5 - Cancellation of Bookings - Please inform us if you are unable to attend. If we have reached capacity of our bookings we reserve the right not to accept a booking.
6 – Parking - You will be informed of parking areas on the day. We reserve the right to refuse admission on the day to unregistered traders.

7 - Limit of Liability - We will do everything in our power to ensure that you have a successful day but cannot be held responsible for damage or theft of your stock, interruption of power or services, failure of press advertisements to appear or anything else beyond our control. It is a condition of booking that you understand and accept that you cannot hold Monivea Agricultural Show responsible for any losses you sustain whilst trading. Monivea Show carries public liability insurance. All stall holders must carry their own public liability insurance and furnish a copy of same with the application form.
